What is the difference between a wrap and cut graphics?

A wrap is where we print on white vinyl and overlay the print with clear laminate and apply as a large sheet. (CLICK HERE to view thew Wrap Process)

Cut vinyl is where each color is individually cut out of colored vinyl and placed in position, and is in many cases, a cheaper option that gets almost the same impact.

How long does it last?

We use the material based on what your needs are, how long you want it to last, and how much money you want to spend for the desired results.
3M’s cut vinyl is rated for 5 years and 8 years.  Most customers opt for the 5 year vinyl to save on cost, and because the vehicle is usually traded within that 5 year period.
3M’s wrap material is rated for 5 years.

Can the vinyl be removed?

Yes, but in some cases minor repair may be necessary.   It also must be removed within the rated life expectancy (noted above) or it can become permanent.

What type of vinyl do you use?

We use 3M materials unless a customer specifies or provides otherwise.

Do you have next day service?

Not usually.  Most of the time, we complete the job the same day we arrive at the customer location.  We provide for our customers in order. Due to our small size, we have greater quality control but cannot get there as quickly sometimes.  However, if there is an urgent need, we can make the occasional exception.

Can wrap and cut vinyl be mixed?

Yes it can.  A good example is our mobile unit where the tie-dye and our company name is in wrap material and everything else is in cut vinyl. A good example is our Sprinter van located on slide show on the About Us Page.

Can you cover a vehicle with cut vinyl to save on wrap cost?

Yes, as long as there are no photographs or gradients in the artwork.  See the Vehicles page of this site.

Can you put my favorite sports team logo or other third-party logo on my vehicle?

Because of copyright laws, we are not able to recreate third-party logos without their permission.  However, if you have purchased a licensed decal, we can incorporate it into a design for your vehicle.  For an example, look at the yellow Superman Camaro on the Vehicles page.

Will I be able to see what my design will look like before you start?

Yes. We take a digital photograph of the item you want graphics on.  We then generate our artwork on top of the photo in order to show you what the finished product will look like.  Nothing is produced without your prior approval of the art and price.

How much will it cost to get my vehicle wrapped?

We cannot give you this price until we know the square footage of the material to be used.

Can you provide us with artwork to look at while we decide?

In most cases, no, but with a deposit we can.  Too often, people take the artwork that we have spent hours creating and take it to another vendor that gives them a cheaper price because they did not have to invest art time.
